Jesse Nicely has over 20 years of experience working in marketing, advertising and creative development. Charged with exploring how brands can unlock growth by strategically aligning with culture, he has worked on award winning campaign strategies across a range of brands including Kraft Heinz, Google, Taco Bell, BMW, MAX (HBO) and Disney.
As a Culturally-Led Strategist and Creative with a focus on driving innovative thinking across organizations, Jesse has a strong track record of leveraging culture and technology to deliver results.
Over 13 years at Cashmere Agency, he led efforts to scale Cashmere’s Cultural Strategy practice while serving as one of the leaders of its Strategy department tasked with conducting proprietary research and cultural deep dives for both the brand and entertainment clients.
During his time at Cashmere he helped scale the agency all the way up to its September 2021 acquisition by MediaMonks / S4 Capital. Along the way he was a pivotal member of leadership, helping the organization achieve success, including being recognized as a 2021 Stand Out Agency, 2020 A-List and 2019 AdAge Multicultural Agency of the year.
